like only a small amount of species of spiders, darius was born with venom already flowing in his system. his own personality matched the creatures that caused such a clichéd fear – spiders, snakes, scorpions. but his appearance is the only thing that can reassure another of his humanity. he looks humane upon first glance. most are taken by his dark har and striking blue eyes, they even swoon, their knees getting weak as the man who exudes confidence is standing before them. most will feel blessed, they will want to bow down to the godlike human before them. hs chiseled jawline, defiant cheekbones and angular nose gives him the option to be something simple like a model where very little thought is needed but darius has other plans for his life. from the time that he was born, he was destined for greatness. he was named after a great general, believed to be one of the most powerful in the ottoman empire and darius’ parents had high hopes for the young boy, even from the very start. however, there was something sinister about the child. he never seemed to get along with anyone as a baby, screaming when someone other than his mother touched him who in reality, had no interest in the young boy. she was a high society woman, one that wanted to keep up the tradition of passing her child to another to raise him. darius was something that she had no interest in but daius forced her hand and that boy grew up with a mother who gave him the first taste of his own medicine and she wouldn’t be the last. a small strand of woman from all ages would sting the young man but that never stopped him from giving them their own dosage of poison as he left them in the dust on his path to success. but that’s jumping too far, let’s really go to the start.

once again, this boy was born with the venom that he would need later in life. his childish screams could wake someone out of death. he was a needy child, always being waited and not by nannies or by servants but he demanded the attention of his own mother. the maids tried to get his attention, lure him out of the reluctant young mother’s arms but darius would not have it. he wanted what he could not have and that was a pattern that would continue into present day. a screamer, a late night crier and an early morning riser, darius aged his beautiful mother and she held some resentment against him for it. he never apologized for in darius’ mind, he was only a baby and wanted his mother, it was instinctual but maybe it was more than that. it seemed to be his first taste of manipulation as the screams that shook people to their core lured his mother to him against her will, against her desire to actually nurture her son. there was no denying that the young mother loved her little boy, even if she held a cold resentment. it was clear to see where darius got his snake like qualities. an absent, always working father showed him the value of a dollar and how to make money with honesty and trust from everyone in the company but darius never saw eye to eye with his father. he started his own business in middle school, selling school supplies from his father’s office which he stole every single time he went to visit which was not that often as darius was not close to his father, nor did he desire to be. he lied when his father finally came to him and even after darius saw footage of his little thieving ways, he still denied. he claimed he was being set up, said one of the employees asked him to get the supplies from the closet and he was being framed. his voice cracked during his plea, begging for his father’s trust with a faux look of resentment. his father caved, hugged his son and said he believed him. getting away with that lie, the first big one, wiping the blood onto another felt good…it felt powerful and it was not the first time that darius would lie. he was better at getting the supplies to keep his business alive and as high school rolled around, darius upgraded to drugs and alcohol, selling them to his classmates for a heavy profit that he did not really need given his already deep pockets from his father’s honest business.

one job went wrong and darius found himself putting a fist and then another, a foot in the gut, and finally a knife to the boy’s throat. he threatened him, he swore at him, he sliced his skin and felt such bloodlust in that moment. the metallic aroma of the boy’s pain with the sheer power that darius held over the boy was satisfying. it was a euphoria that he could not shake. it was a high that was given to him without injecting needles or ingesting alcohol. but it was also a spectacle, people watched as he did it and in the end, darius was not able to take himself out of this one. his parents had opposite views on how to punish the boy for his actions and for his business. his products caused many consequences for his classmates –pregnancies, assaults, addictions—but he did not care and when his father sat him down to talk one on one, trying to get to the root of the problem, darius apologized for his embarrassing and slandering the family name but did not apologize for his actions. they felt like an instinct, an extension of his ill thoughts and that felt, more than good to him. it felt right. his mother had a gleam of pride in her eyes that darius could not deny and neither could she. her own venom had been sucked away by the husband’s good deeds but it was still dormant in her system and she was pleased to see that it was resonating in her only offspring. the final decision, in his final year of secondary school, was to send him off to the united states from his homeland of france where he was fluent in French and english but could also speak a hint of Italian, enough to scrap by a mundane kind of conversation. it was not an easy one for either parent to make but they knew their son needed guidance and they believed to have failed as parents while darius had the opposite view. he thought that they raised a male who was powerful, strong enough to take over the world and take it down if need be. he was shipped off before his final year to attend a private school on the west coast in a sleep, rich, drama filled town by the name of bluewater.

this was where daruus’ life began in the worst and best ways. too many events happened from his first love to his first murder in the time that he was in the small but populated town. there were two sides, the rich and the poor and darius obviously fell onto the former of the two. he revelled in the wealth that surrounded him and had no problem showing it off to the poor. no remorse was felt for them and at 19, he really had very little care for anyone. he was selfish, he was strong though and he used his manipulative ways to turn the town onto his side. he bought a club where he could party with his friends, convincing his grandparents to front the money and found a partner who opened the doors for darius to enter and eventually thrive in the mafia world.

he entered the public school system at the age of 18. his voice held traces of the roots that he had been forced to leave behind and it made him quite popular with the ladies of the town. this town was a small one too, everyone knew everything about one another –except for darius. he was an exception in this town as his appearance was nothing short of a mystery and he never really opened up about why he was there. he finished his final year of high school and entered the university in the city only two hours away, commuting every single day. during the nights, he partied like it was going out of style and often awoken to the smell of yet another girl’s perfume on his pillow which would later be stripped away by the maid and washed away as would that girl. he never went back, once was always enough for him. it was always that way…until he met gen. this girl had an innocence about her that he wanted to both preserve and destroy and he knew how to obtain both of those goals. making her his was not easy as his heart and mind battled it out but in the end, the heart won. she was instantly captivated by him and she bewitched him, or he accused her of doing so. upon seeing her in the club that he had purchased, she was so out of place. her clothes were being tugged at by her own hands, visibly uncomfortable but that smile on her face was trying to mask it but darius saw it. he just watched her that night. he watched all the guys who thought that they had a shot with her and he chuckled to himself. their eyes met once and that was it for him, he was hooked and she was a goner. darius attempted to leave her behind, upping his game even further and making it two or three girls a night if he could but nothing took his mind off the brunette. he travelled even, went back home for a visit, hopped on a train to another five countries but it was not the same. they had yet to say two words to one another and darius just needed more. upon his return, he attempted to dodge her, finding that they had mutual friends because of the university. but one party, they were forced to be face to face and he talked to her and she responded with giggles and blushes. his blood lust died down when she was around and he felt calmer and unlike himself, but very much in his own mindset. he was far too lustful for the girl who had everything in all of the right places. but at the same time that he was falling for this gorgeous brunette, his dove, he was also gaining speed in the mobster world and love and gangs are not a good mix. but darius made it work because he knew he could not let another have this woman and he would be damned if someone did. darius and gen were inseparable and it was mostly because of his possessive hold on her. they spent every minute together and though darius was not her first and she was not his, they still held a strong emotional connection over one another. a year into the relationship, they moved into an apartment together and darius even let her keep the cat that she had found in the alleyway on her way home one day. two cats, him and her were a family. inside of the house, darius was still very much lusting over his girlfriend and made every attempt to get her out of her clothes when they were home and it was usually a success. he was softer though, he was gentle unless she asked for something different. he turned into his considerate, caring guy that was not seen in the outside world. this side of him was molded for her needs but he still had that dark edge, that would never leave. there was no denying that he caused many marks upon her creamy thighs. he was rough at first but one whimper, one small noise of protest and he would dial back the aggression for her. he still travelled though for his job and he attended school but he would drop it all for her. this was the girl that he would spend the rest of his life with. he made that decision official when he asked for her hand in marriage almost a year and a half into their relationship. she accepted and they began to plan but life had another fate for them that tore the two apart for good.

his second love was the mafia, the world that he had been introduced to by a business partner. gen knew very little of what he did and where he went when he disappeared in the middle of the night but he always promised that he would return to her. their engagement did not change that, he still returned home but his travels were closer together as he climbed up in rank, taking out those that stood in his way or having other people take the fall for his mistakes which just propelled him up. darius however made a mistake, a fatal one, it compromised everything that he had in bluewater from his own friends to his fiancé and he knew what he had to do. he had to die. he faked a death to take the target marks off their backs, off gen’s back and jeffery’s back. he saved them but he cost himself everything, including his fiancé. to them, to bluewater, to that small california town, he is dead and he is never coming back. he went into hiding for a little bit, just kind of made his way around the world but he always checked in on his first and what he believed to be his only love. not more than six months after, she was with another. she might have been hesitant according to his spy but it was still there, she was officially gone. darius’ anger was unleashed then though he expected this to occur one day but when the day actually rolled around, it killed him. he fucked around for a while doing very little of his business and more of his own therapy which involved buying properties but jeffery called him up about a year ago, when he was twenty five, and asked him to come to LA and help open up a club. darius was cautious to come to the united states since he was meant to be dead but gen had moved on and so should he. he left his clubs in good hands with people that he trusted and he moved back to the united states, getting an apartment and now running one of the biggest strip clubs in the city while also maintaining his high end mafia position which has never faltered as far as he is concerned.
